1) Review results ICCHP-AAATE 2022
All reviews for Springer LNCS and our Open Access Compendium are done, in the moment, authors work on their camera ready papers, so it is time for numbers and statistics: 266 submissions were handed in for the two ICCHP-AAATE 22 publications. 42% of these 266 (112) were accepted for LNCS, 34% for the Open Access Compendium. Alltogether, they represent an important, future oriented, comprehensive and multilevel / multidisciplinary snapshot of our research area.
2) All ICCHP-AAATE 2022 Keynotes fixed
We are more than proud to announce that we were able to already fix all ICCHP-AAATE 22 keynotes:
- Opening Keynote Wednesday, July 12: Giampiero Griffo
Coordinator of the Italian National Observatory on the Conditions of Persons with Disabilities, lecturer in various universities on disabilities (bioethics, human rights etc). He is a member of various (inter)national disability organisations like DPI, DPI-Europe, EDF and FID.
- Keynote Thursday, July 13: Alessandra Pedrocchi
Full Professor at the Department of Electronics, Informatics, and Biomedical Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. She is one of the founders of the Nearlab laboratory, the NeuroEngineering And Medical Robotics lab, established in 2008 at POLIMI.
- Keynote and Panel on Friday, July 14: Nick Giudice and W3C Nick Giudice is a Professor in the School of Computing and Information Science at the University of Maine; Chief Research Scientist at the VEMI Lab; Chief Research Officer at Unar Lab, Orono, Maine, USA.
W3C-Panel: Our traditional W3C panel on web accessibility feeds you with latest information and closes our conference.

3) First draft of ICCHP-AAATE program - April 15
Stay tuned for 5 days packed with latest research, information, exchange and networking - in the moment, we are working hard on a stable draft and plan to be ready on Friday, April 15! Check: ICCHP-AAATE website.
4) YRC - Young Researchers' Consortium 2022
The aim of this Consortium is to reach out to and engage with young researchers who are starting out to be part of the AT/eAccessibility field. The YRC enables its attendees to connect with the community and to consider a long-term commitment. We ask you, leaders in our field, supervisors of outstanding young researchers (at undergraduate and postgraduate level, in diploma, masters, PhD programs or in application oriented research in companies) with a strong relation to AT and eAccessibility to invite, guide, motivate and support these individuals to participate and submit a contribution! 5) ICCHP-AAATE 22 Inclusion Forum
The ICCHP-AAATE 22 Inclusion Forum provides diverse, tailored opportunities for presenting your research and ideas - from 1.5 hr Educational Sessions with clear goals and learning outcomes welcoming workshops and seminars over Policy Sessions prepared for panel discussions, exchange to new, short, stand up like presentations, demonstrations and pitches taking place in our Innovation Area - the tables are set!
