Call for Contributions

For more than 35 years, ICCHP has showcased the role of technology – especially digital technologies – in supporting independent living, participation, inclusion, and improved services. The conference welcomes visionary ideas and future-oriented approaches from all over the world.

We invite contributions to the following conference tracks:

1. Science, Research & Engineering

  • Peer-reviewed scientific papers, presented at the conference and published in proceedings.
  • Experts are invited to organize Special Thematic Sessions (STS) for in-depth discussion in focused domains.

2. Innovation Area

Activities in diverse formats, reviewed and selected by the Program Committee:

  • Workshops, seminars, tutorials, and educational sessions
  • Panel discussions and consensus-building sessions
  • Project presentations and demonstrations
  • Product and service exhibitions
  • Open or closed (invited-only) meetings

3. Young Researchers’ Consortium (YRC)

  • Contributions reviewed by the Young Researchers Committee.
  • Young researchers are also encouraged to submit papers for publication.

4. ICCHP Roland Wagner Award

  • Award of €3,000 for outstanding contributions (experts, research, organizations, projects, events, or services).
  • The Award Committee will select the 2026 awardee.
