Character of Event
- ICCHP 2026 is planned as an in-person event.
- Presenters are expected to attend on site.
- Remote presentations: only in exceptional cases (must be arranged at least one week in advance with pre-recorded video).
- Selected sessions (e.g. opening, plenary, keynotes, awards, closing) will be streamed.
Registration
- Online registration: Conference Management System
- Registration is binding and valid only after full payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Until June 15, 2026: €100 fee (+21% VAT).
- After this date or for publishing authors: no refund.
- Substitutions are possible anytime at no extra cost.
- Requests must be sent in writing to office@icchp.org (include name, invoice number, and bank details).
- Fees are payable within 7 days of registration (and no later than 7 days before the event).
- If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, fees will be refunded. If postponed, registrations remain valid.
