- Peer-reviewed (acceptance rate ~60%)

- Notification of Acceptance: March 23, 2026
- Final Camera-Ready Paper* (6โ8 pages **, LNCS format): April 16, 2026

๐ For interdisciplinary and practice-oriented work in accessibility, policy, education, health, etc.
- Published in the digital edition of the ICCHP Open Access Compendium: โFuture Perspectives on Accessibility, AT & (e)Inclusionโ
- Suitable for concept papers, models, reports, and policy or user-centered research.

- Extended Abstract (3โ5 pages): February 9, 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: March 23, 2026
- Final Camera-Ready Paper (4โ8 pages, OAC format): April 16, 2026

- A short abstract (โค1500 characters, form-based)
- A blind, extended abstract in PDF/DOCX format (max. 10MB)
- ๐ Double-blind review by 3 experts.
- ๐ Upload 1 zip and a pdf:
- Final .zip with DOCX + PDF + figures
- .PDF: signed copyright form

3. Special Thematic Sessions
Focused sessions on specific topics of interest, open to both LNCS and OAC contributions. Encourage interdisciplinary and cross-stakeholder exchange.

- Introductory Paper to your STS (6โ8 pages, LNCS or OAC format): April 16, 2026
- ๐ Details:
- STSs announced on ICCHP website; contributors select STS during paper submission.
- Acceptance requires โฅ4 papers.
- Review Committee evaluates and negotiates overlaps.
- STS Chairs promote sessions in their networks.
- Chairs decide one publishing option (LNCS or OAC) for all STS contributions.
- Optional: Chairs may publish an introductory paper at no extra cost.

- At least one registered author per paper is required.
- Additional paper fees apply for multiple submissions by the same author.
- All presentations must follow accessibility standards (e.g., W3C/WAI Presentation Guidelines)

All submissions will be evaluated based on:
- Relevance to ICCHP themes
- Scientific quality & innovation
- Originality and user involvement
- Clarity, organization, and contribution to the state of the art
