ICCHP-AAATE Inclusion Forum
Purpose:
ICCHP-AAATE strengthens dialogue, exchange, and cooperation among stakeholders in Technology and Disability (e.g., end users, service providers, educators, policymakers, R&D). The Inclusion Forum is the ideal space to:
- Showcase projects, products, services, posters, and ideas
- Share experience, know-how, and innovations
- Learn from peers to foster social and technical innovation

Activities & Formats
Forum activities can include:
- Educational sessions: Workshops, tutorials, seminars
- Policy sessions: Panel discussions
- Innovation Area activities:
- Exhibitions, presentations, demonstrations of projects, products, prototypes, services
- Open or closed meetings
- Other formats for exchange and cooperation are welcome
📌 Note: Registration for the conference is mandatory to run Inclusion Forum activities.
Proposal Submission
- Submit educational or policy sessions via proposal forms (requires a free ICCHP-AAATE account):
- Submit Innovation Area activities via:
- Other activity proposals: send by email to office@icchp.org (subject: “ICCHP-AAATE Inclusion Forum”), including an outline following the guidelines.

Support & Facilities
- Forum activities are supported on a first come – first serve basis.
- Basic facilities provided free: rooms, WiFi, posters walls, tables, chairs, power supply.
- Additional amenities (sound, video projection, catering) are negotiated with organizers and invoiced at self-cost.
- Participants may attend only the Forum activity (without full conference registration); additional participation/handling fees apply.
