Accommodation – ICCHP 2026

Participants arrange their accommodation individually.
Special conference rates have been negotiated with the hotels listed below.
When making a reservation, please always use the booking code provided via conftool upon registration.

Please note that room availability is limited and reservations are subject to the individual deadlines specified for each hotel. Prices may vary due to your individual conversion rates and fees (Czech Republic uses CZK – Czech Crowns).

Neither ICCHP nor host can’t guarantee reduced prices and/or availability.

Hotel Continental Brno

- Room Rates: All prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT.
- At the moment, reduced rates range between CZK 1800 to CZK 2600 (Standard / Superior)
- Parking is available – please ask for the costs when booking!
- City tax: CZK 40 (by 10/3/2026: 1,60€)/ person / night
- Reservation Deadline: Rooms are reserved for the conference until 31 May 2026. After this date, room availability may be adjusted depending on demand. The final guaranteed reservation deadline is expected to be 30 June 2026.

Hotel Passage

- Dates (including pre-conference): 13–17 July 2026
- Room Rates: All prices are per room per night and include a rich buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, access to the fitness centre, and 12% VAT. Local city tax is not included.
- At the moment, reduced rates range between CZK 2400 to CZK 2900 (single / double room)
- Parking is available – please ask for the costs when booking!
- City tax: CZK 40 (by 10/3/2026: 1,60€)/ person / night
- Reservation Deadline: Rooms are reserved for the conference until 31 May 2026. After this date, room availability may be adjusted depending on demand. The final guaranteed reservation deadline is expected to be 30 June 2026.

  - Online booking – Via the hotel’s reservation system at www.hotelpassage.eu
    (after entering the booking code, the special conference rate will be applied)
  - By e-mail rezervace@hotelpassage.eu – Include the booking code provided upon Conference Registration via conftool or state that the reservation is made for ICCHP 2026.
  - By phone +420 530 352 111 – mention the booking code or the name of the ICCHP 2026 conference.

- Room Rates: All prices are per room per night and include buffet breakfast and VAT. Local city tax is not included.
- At the moment, reduced rates range from CZK 3000 to CZK 3500 (Business Single / Double room)
- City tax: CZK 40 (by 10/3/2026: 1,60€)/ person / night
- Reservation Deadline & Cancellation Policy:
- Rooms are reserved for the conference until 1 July 2026. After this date, any unused rooms will be released back to general sale and offered at the hotel’s standard rates.
