Social inclusion is an important element of well-being for people with altered or compromised cognitive functioning. Research has highlighted that social inclusion is facilitated through access to education, employment, and lifelong learning.

The target groups of these AT users includes all age groups from children till elderly.

This STS also provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations and trends. Moreover, to share concerns, practical and ethical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of AT and Serious Games. High-quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of neurological development with AT and/ or Serious Games are cordially invited for presentation at the STS.
