Developing the Digital Skills of People with Disabilities and Older Adults for a More Inclusive Digital Society - The Entelis+ Network

The aim of this workshop is to present the work being carried out by the project and showcase the preliminary research results. Participants will also be invited to take part in a practical part of the workshop to identify and share good practices and their experience on digital accessibility skills and to help identify the key elements for developing more inclusive and accessible future training and education programmes.

The digital revolution has changed our way of living, learning, working, staying connected. Access to ICT has become fundamental for people’s participation in all areas of life, something that has become even more apparent during the recent COVID-19 global pandemic. However, more work has to be done to ensure that this digital society is inclusive, providing additional support to disadvantaged groups, such as people with disabilities and older adults.

The EU-funded research project ENTELIS+ aims to implement innovation in the field of digital skills for people with disabilities and older adults, helping to promote accessibility as a common European value.
