2. Young Researchers´ Consortium

Identification and support of "the next generation of experts" ensures the further development of Assistive Technology (AT) and eAccessibility as well as research continuity.
Besides contacts, a great opportunity to network, unbiased feedback from experts and peers and a closer look into research, the 16 accepted ICCHP 2016 Young Researchers get full service (excl. travel costs) covering:

• Admittance to all sessions (conference, workshops),
• Public Transport in Linz,
• Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Cocktail and Farewell Party
• Up to 5 nights in Hotel Sommerhaus.

Prospective deadline for submissions is May 8, 2016
Prospective deadline for a notification of acceptance is May 15, 2016.

3. Accessibility at ICCHP 2016

In order to guarantee a smooth and efficient stay at ICCHP 2016, we again offer a diverse set of accessibility services.
Additionally to our experienced team (G. Wagenaar, J. Martin), 2 additional sign language interpreters and 2 text reporters are ready to support our participants. Furthermore, we provide a diverse set of support and services on a most individual basis - from guidance (Hotel Sommerhaus - Venue) over information in accessible digital formats to a possibility to take your personal assistant with you.

Check the box "Specific Needs" during registration and we will get in touch to arrange and co-ordinate a smooth and efficient stay at ICCHP 2016 or get in touch with ICCHP Conference Office for more detailed arrangements / questions.

4. Workshops and Meetings at ICCHP 2016

ICCHP 2016 and - in order to avoid extensive overlaps in our programme - expressly ICCHP 2016 pre-conference, offer the opportunity for introductory workshops, seminars, tutorials and (project) meetings.
For registered conference participants, ICCHP provides complimentary basic facilities (room, video-projector) upon availability and prior notification.
Workshops, tutorials and seminars must be announced till June 1, 2016.
